My name is Damian Murdoch and I have been working in the IT Industry for over 12 years; with more than half of that directly involved in Virtualisation, storage and solutions architecture.

I was among the first consultants to certify in VMware in Australia and since then, virtualisation has been my passion!

A large percent of my time is spent evangelizing and sharing the benefits of virtualisation.

My current role is as the Virtualisation Practice Manager for Technical Architecture Solutions (TAS) who is Australia's leading VMware Authorised Consulting Partner.

I first started OzVMs Dot Com to provide a resource to those starting out in virtualisation, promote user groups, to share some technical tips and to meet other people with the same passion for virtualisation as myself.

OzVMs Dot Com is and always will be a community based website.
